Comfortable and stylish place, I thoroughly enjoyed accommodating personnel.
The room with large windows. The location of the hotel was marvellous and gorgeous - a 10-15 minute walk from a collegiate research university.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Stayed here for a week on a business trip. Large, well-equipped room with plenty of tea and coffee. Immaculately clean with ample towels provided. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing a map of the area and giving great recommendations on places to visit and how to get to the theatre. The perfect stay – everything was just perfect. Welcoming host, beautiful room and building, and everything was spotlessly clean. Easy check-in and check-out process. The breakfast was good and the backyard and terrace were amazing. Comfy bed, peaceful room – couldn't ask for more. Incredible value for money, wish all hotels were like this. Thank you to the staff!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the surrounding greenery created a cozy and English atmosphere. We loved having breakfast in the gazebo, it felt like being in a traditional English house. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop just across the street, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the proximity to the best vegetarian pub in town, Gardners Arms, was a major plus. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient transportation, and location close to public transport made our experience excellent.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about our stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a clean room that had everything we needed. The location was great, especially for picking up my son from St Hugh's college. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast items could be improved with a larger breakfast room to accommodate the morning rush.
